What the house is

Biblioworth is an independent academic support house for adults finishing online degrees. What it provides is planning, coaching, drafting support, editing, research and protocol consulting, placement help, exam preparation and week-by-week coursework support, from credentialed specialists retained by the house.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any university. School names appear here to describe the programs our specialists have worked inside. How you use this support within your own program's rules remains your decision and your responsibility.

The work comes back to you

Everything is prepared with you and returned for your review before anything is submitted, and you are the one who submits it. Nothing goes out under your name that you have not read and approved. Where a request would take you out of your own degree altogether, we say so instead of taking the order.

Appraisals and orders

Every engagement opens with a free appraisal setting out what is involved, when it lands and what it costs. Nothing is owed until you accept it. Work starts once the appraisal is accepted and the agreed payment or deposit has cleared. Anything not written into that appraisal is not part of the order.

Dates

Standard work arrives a day before your own deadline, so there is time to read it properly. If anything threatens a date you hear about it while there is still room to act, not on the morning itself. Where a piece lands late for reasons on our side and no alternative is agreed, the affected part of the fee is refunded.

Revisions and money back

Written work carries one courtesy revision within seven days of delivery, measured against the scope in the appraisal. Beyond the late-delivery case, refunds are settled one order at a time: write to desk@biblioworth.com describing what went wrong and a lead reads it rather than a form.

What is refused, always

No examination is sat under a student's identity, proctored or otherwise. No school account belonging to a student is ever accessed. No clinical, field or practicum hour is recorded that was not personally worked. None of those move for a deadline or for a fee, and each is declined at enquiry rather than after payment.

Confidentiality

Your identity, your school and the contents of your engagement stay inside the house. Specialists work under signed confidentiality agreements. Anything published uses initials and a program. No conversation is ever opened with your university or your employer, by us, for any reason.

The shelf

The affiliate programme is open to verified Biblioworth alumni. Commission accrues on completed, paid referred orders and settles monthly; self-referred, fraudulent or charged-back orders do not count. Credit taken in place of cash carries its stated value and no cash equivalent. An account that misrepresents the house can be closed, and commission already earned on genuine orders is still paid out.

The necessary dull paragraph

The service is provided as described in each accepted appraisal, and liability on any order is limited to what was paid for that order. These terms together with your accepted appraisal are the whole agreement between us. Where the terms change, the version standing on the day you accepted your appraisal is the one that governs it.
