A term is a fixed quantity of hours
This is the part nobody says out loud at enrolment. A graduate course is not an idea, it is a number of hours, and for most working adults in an eight to twelve week online term that number lands between eighteen and twenty-six a week once everything is counted honestly.
The useful move is to count them before the term rather than after. Write down each recurring obligation and how long it genuinely takes you, using last term as the evidence rather than your intentions. Almost everybody discovers two things: the total is larger than they assumed, and more than half of it is administration rather than learning.
- Weekly discussion posting and the replies that have to follow it
- Assigned reading, and the note-making that makes the reading worth anything
- Drafting, then checking the draft against the criteria line by line
- Reference formatting, submission portals and the small technical fiddling around both
- Practicum or field paperwork, hour logs and the chasing that keeps them current
- The recovery time after a bad week, which is real and which nobody schedules
Which of those hours are actually teaching you something
Not all of them, and the difference is the whole argument for this service. Reading a paper properly teaches you something. Reformatting its citation because the portal stripped the italics does not. Building an argument teaches you something. Discovering that the rubric wanted the argument in a numbered list does not.
So the appraisal we send back separates the two. What comes over to us is the second kind, on whatever scale you choose, and what stays with you is the first. Students who take a whole term still read, still think and still argue. What they stop doing is the part of a degree that is a filing job wearing academic clothes.
One specialist for the term, and why that matters
The house retains fourteen specialists and assigns one to you for the whole term. Not a rota, not whoever is free on Thursday. That person reads your syllabus in week one, learns how your particular instructor marks, and carries what they learned in week three into week nine.
The practical difference shows up around the midpoint. A rota starts every task cold and asks you the same context questions repeatedly, which is a cost you pay in your own hours. Somebody who has been in the course since the beginning already knows that your program wants the seventh edition, that your instructor deducts for late replies rather than late posts, and that the module six assignment is the one that decides your grade.
How a week runs once it is underway
There is a check-in at the start of the week naming what is due and who is doing which piece of it. Work reaches you a day before the deadline rather than on the day, because a draft you have no time to read is a draft you cannot honestly approve. You read it, you ask for what you want changed, and you submit it yourself.
That last clause is not a formality. Everything is prepared with you and returned in your name for your approval, and nothing is ever handed in unseen. Where a term is already halfway gone and the arithmetic has turned against you, the recovery starts with counting what is left rather than with buying the biggest package on offer.
What this volume does not include
Examinations are not sat for anyone here, proctored or otherwise, and no school account belonging to a student is ever opened by us. Clinical, field and practicum hours are never recorded unless you personally worked them. Those are refused at enquiry rather than after payment, and no deadline or fee changes them.
Two other boundaries worth naming early. Where your program requires a piece to be unaided and says so, that piece stays unaided; we will help you plan around it and prepare for it, and that is all. And where the honest answer to your appraisal is that you need only the repeating weekly layer taken off the calendar, we say that instead of selling you a term.
Send the term, not the assignment
The syllabus, the module list, the dates you already know are bad. Two minutes of typing is enough. An appraisal comes back inside two hours setting out what the term contains in hours and what it would cost to take part of it on.

The week changes shape

How much of the term do I have to hand over?
As little as one recurring item or as much as everything except the parts your program requires you to do alone. Most people start with the weekly layer and add to it once they see what a fortnight looks like with those hours back. The appraisal prices each piece separately, so nothing forces an all-or-nothing decision.
Can I start partway through a term?
Yes, and roughly half of the engagements here begin in week four or later. What changes is the sequencing rather than the possibility: the first job becomes working out what remains unmarked, which of it still carries real weight, and where the recoverable hours actually are. That reading takes an evening and it usually improves the picture.
Does my specialist stay the same the whole way through?
Continuity is the whole reason the house is organised this way. One person for the term, matched to your field and speaking to you before anything starts. If the match is wrong, say so and it changes with no argument, but the default is continuity, because most of the value here comes from somebody knowing your course by week three.
What if my instructor asks me about the work?
You will be able to answer, because you read every piece before it goes anywhere and you asked for changes to it. That is the reason drafts arrive a day early rather than on the deadline. Anybody who cannot discuss their own submission has bought the wrong thing, from us or from anyone.
Is there a minimum length?
No. A single week can be taken to see how it works, and a good number of people do exactly that before committing to anything longer. Term-length arrangements cost less per week than piecemeal ones, but the smallest sensible starting point is usually the right one and we will say so in the appraisal.
